HT Series:
HT Series chains have a greater ultimate tensile strength (+15-30% more) over ANSI standard roller chains through the use of hardened pins and link plates of the next larger chain size. (Chain dimensions are identical to ANSI Heavy Series standard roller chains.)
SUPER Series:
Through Tsubaki’s special design and critically formed pitch holes, these chains have the same dimensions as ANSI standard roller chain but with 25-30% greater allowable load. The pins are through hardened for even greater shock load resistance.
SUPER-H Series:
The thickness of the link plates of SUPER-H Series is the same as that of the next larger size of SUPER Series chains, and the pins are through hardened. This gives SUPER-H Series chains even greater ultimate tensile strength and allowable load than SUPER Series Chains.
ULTRA SUPER Series
ULTRA SUPER Series chains have 170% of the allowable load of ANSI RS Roller Chain, allowing users to go down two sizes when selection. ULTRA SUPER chains are ideal where heavy shock loads and space poses problems.
