Understanding that users were looking for help in detecting maintenance needs, we are now offering the TECH’CARE BOX, a preventive maintenance monitoring system as an option available on all PE and PES crimping machines. This device indicates different levels of maintenance needed at different moments of the machine life cycle.
Why is it important to keep your machine in good state?
Your machine will last longer, keep full strength and remain accurate. 80% of the machine breakdowns are due to a lack of preventive maintenance.
How does the TECH’CARE box work?
The TECH’CARE box includes a daily counter and a machine life counter. The box also comes with a Semi-Automatic function (BSA control) particularly useful when making assemblies in series.
There are 3 levels of maintenance represented by 3 blinking leds (daily, advanced and expert maintenance).
