Gerardi’s modular workholding fixtures made of G30 cast iron cylinder block casting, have a double stress relieving heat treatment and surfaces 43-45mm thick.
This choice guarantees high stability and vibration absorption in the processing.
When the weight reduction is determining, we propose the execution in aluminium alloy.
