Celebrating next to Nicky 😉 Taking it with a grain of salt, but I was curious so I used a Bayer A1C test just now.
Oct 31 (labs at doctor) A1C: 9.2
Dec 16 (Bayer test) A1C: 6.0
Was bracing myself for a 7+, but this makes me happy regardless of any reliability issues with this particular test. I stopped drinking HFCS sodas, most breads, switched to Dreamfields, and have kept carbs under 80/day with a few exceptions.
That, and the Chargers’ win streak have me in a good mood 🙂
