My questions are:
1) How long until it starts working??
2) Should I cut out all carbs?? even whole wheat stuff?
3) should I notice weight loss, cuz as of right now I’ve actually gained 3 lbs. Sure Christmas didn’t help 😀
4) Noticed I’m tired. I’m taking 3 Vitamin D’s with my Metformin.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
My family Dr’s nurse is on this and she said she jumped 3 lbs up and down for about 8 months, then the weight loss started. She has lost 50+ since March. That would be awesome for me, but I’m not that patient. Is there something I can do now to jump start the weight loss?? I do exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week.
I have a cruise booked for February and would love to loose some weight before that!!
