The founder of Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet has slapped Kim Kardashian and her famous caboose with a hefty lawsuit after the buxom reality star slammed the lifestyle fad as “unhealthy” in a post on her Twitter account this month.
The doctor is hopping mad over the Twitter diss and claims the Kardashian had “commercial motive” to defame him because she is a spokesperson for rival weight-loss program, QuickTrim.
Last week, attorneys for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians hottie sent cease and desist letter to Siegal, accusing his Miami-based company of “falsely claiming” that she was endorsing his Cookie Diet by posting a link to her personal website.
Siegal is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.
