Alright ladies, I had my daughter 2 years ago and was diagnosed as gestational diabetic. She was born at 37 weeks via c-sect weighing 9lbs 3ozs…big girl. I am 5’10 and hubby is 6’4 so big baby was probably going to happen regardless. Not until 4 months ago was I diagnosed with Type 1 😡 We went to a fertility specialist and go figure my bgs were 720 and my A1C was 14.8. They said I had been preggo but miscarried due to high bgs. Well that is behind us we got the green light, in the last 3 months thanks to some very tight control I am at an A1C of 6.5 and hope to get it lower. Has anyone had trouble getting preggo at that number or is the dr. feeding me a line and that too high? Thanks I could use some guidance this time around 🙂
