Hello,
There is an empty plot (sand) in Dubai Marina, near the Marina Walk, on the water
It has a construction fence around it that says Emaar, but there is no mention of a building or project as of yet, and I can’t find any information on it online
It is currently being used as a car parking lot

It is between Marina Hotel Apartments, and Marinascape Oceanic (Trident), and is in front of Marina Diamond 3 (the building that has the Bagel Shop :banana: )
I was wondering if anyone here knew if there were any plans for a building on that land, and provide us with details?
