‘Horne points out that
Robert McNamara quoted Kennedy as saying that he wanted to pull all
U.S. troups out of VietNam. Horne says that 98 per cent of the National
Security establishment in 1963 was opposed to President Kennedy’s
foreign policy objectives. Horne said that the assassination was a coup
and that the same forces that killed President Kennedy control the
National Security establishment today.
