The US40 portable pipe bevelling tool is de-signed for high quality beveling, facing and machining on pipes and tubes from 1.69” to 8” OD (43-219 mm). The standard tool plate accepts multiple tool bits, allowing up to four simultaneous machining operations.
Such operations may include bevelling, fac-ing, counterboring, compound bevelling and OD chamfering.
The US40 features a self-accepting torque system and an integral drive motor.
The robust US40 is capable of performing repeatable high quality weld preparations on all machinable alloy pipes including stainless steel duplex, super duplex, inconel, etc.
