Jason for Jenny: Seinfeld’s Jason Alexander is following in the footsteps of actresses Queen Latifah, Valerie Bertinelli, Phylicia Rashad, and Kirstie Alley as the next celebrity spokesperson for Jenny Craig.
Jason hopes to drop between 30 and 40 pounds on the popular weight-loss plan, he told PEOPLE this week. The portly actor says he chose Jenny Craig for the “deadly combination of I’m fat and they [the program] work.”
But will he pose in a bikini like Valerie and Kirstie did when they worked their waistlines down on the program? Don’t hold your breath. “That’s where I draw my feminine line,” Jason laughs.
