Due to the high volume of work your initial focus will be the project delivery of BREEAM assessments and energy strategies. It will be your responsibility to provide sustainable building design consultancy to a broad range of top clients.
A background in building services consultancy together with experience in applying BREEAM will be invaluable in project managing the complete BREEAM advisory and assessment process.
In this client facing role, the successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a suitable scientific or engineering discipline. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate a breadth of practical experience in BREEAM and that you are BREEAM qualified. Additionally, you will hold a broad understanding of sustainability as you will be working across individual specialist teams within the business.
