We are coming to Canada in September 2010 and i wondered if members of Toronto Skyscraper could help.
The visit to Canada is for a 40th birthday trip to the Tatnum Peninsula on Hudson Bay.
We will be stopping in Toronto and id like to pick your brains on the hotels.
We would like something modern,comfortable and with some class.
We dont fancy anything like the Fairmont Royal,but we do like the look of the Soho Metropolitan.
However,it isnt cheap,and the views of the neighbouring carpark leave a lot to be desired.
Is there anywhere downton or entertainment district that offers similar rooms to the Soho ,but has a really great view and has easy access to all the amenities such as restaurants,and of course,bars.
Ive also been led to believe Torontons like beer,is that true,and if so,where can we get a shed load of the stuff?
