OK, I am still new here and still have many many questions and here is one of them. If you go the really low carb route with the fats do you need to be concerned with portion sizes? My hubby is still saying he is hungry all the time and he’s actually eating more now than he was pre-diagnosis just different foods. Can you eat too much meat or veggies or fat? What are ideal portion sizes or ratios? He still needs to lose some weight but he is exercising and from my understanding with the low carb/fat diet this should happen anyway.
