Recommended reading?

Still very new to the world of diabetes really only 2 weeks in (is that all??:eek: feels like much longer!) and I think we are going to try the low carb or very low carb/ fat route. Are there any books or websites that might have recipes and other help to get us started? There have been some very good links to scientific studies and such but so far I haven’t found a whole lot of say food lists or maybe a diet plan we can use to get us going.
