New UKF Motor Spindles with integrated Gear Box are compact units, equipped with automatic Tool Clamping System of sizes HSK 32 to 80, SK 25 to 50 – or individually as per
agreement!
Transmission ratio of 1:4 achieve torques up to 1200 Nm, also others like 500 Nm or 800 Nm possible with even smaller sizes.
Spindle diameter up to D = 280 mm.
Gear Boxes increase torque when running low speed, so cutting force of modern tools can be used quite effective.
Advantages of the new construction compared with normal Motor Spindles are direct drive within a compact construction and a low weight-per-torque (Nm).
These attributes meet the demand for heavy duty cutting (Titan or others) offering a better solution.
