What do you think Liverpool needs? it can be leisure based, commercial based, touristy, industry.
If you had the power and cash what would you develope and where?
My first idea would be a bigger and better upto date version of the dead Pleasure Island, it could be located next to the Arena with loads of leisure activities under one roof, such as ice skating, skating, bowling, some decent thrill rides. A central location would attract loads of people, and is close the other attractions and James Street and Paradise Street. A new station could be built for this and the arena.
The region is lacking in this and such a facility could easily be supported.
