Presentation wise, this has to be one of the most talked about in Paris right now. Adam Kimmel puts some George Condo masks on his models to exhibit his Fall/Winter 2010 Collection. The result? While the masks make it hard to really pay attention to the garments, we’d have to say that we are thoroughly entertained by the idea. The faces are reminiscent of what could’ve been a Jim Henson attempt at a surreal and scary puppet show. But then again, what can you expect from a guy who skateboards down a hill in a suit at terrifying speeds. With his last collection revolving around modern day cowboys, this collection is definitely something unique, and that’s what you have to like about Adam Kimmel. Every season is something new, and for Fall, expect designs and styles inspired by the casino scene.
