There are quite a few Shelby Mustangs here at Barrett-Jackson, but if we could only buy one it would be this ‘66 GT350. What’s so special about it? For starters, it’s the very first one built. It’s also got everything we would want in a classic Shelby – Wimbledon White paint with Blue Le Mans stripes, 4-speed transmission, 15-inch Cragar wheels, Goodyear blue dot tires and a fully-restored 289ci V8. The car also comes with its original owner’s manual, SAAC club documentation and is listed in the Shelby American World Registry.
What’s it worth? The market has spoken and it’s said $247,500. That’s quite a bit of cash, but like we said, if there’s any Shelby here that we would buy, this would be it. Hit the jump for a full description of the car courtesy of Barrett-Jackson.
