Cher’s Hawaii Home Sold at Auction for $8.72 Million

One lucky buyer out there is singing “I got you babe,” after placing the winning bid for Cher’s house in Hawaii that was sold at auction last week, going for a final price of $8.72 million, according to Wall Street Journal.

The modern Balinese-style home has expansive views of the Pacific Ocean and is located in the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort on the North Kona Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. Concierge Auctions handled the auction and the buyer is reportedly from Arizona.

Cher purchased the three-quarter acre lot in 2004 for $2,900,000 and then built the property last year which includes 8,821 sq ft of living space, including a main house surrounded by five individual free-standing bungalows – four with bedroom suites and the fifth with a media room and bar.

Cher’s Malibu home is still listed for sale for a whopping $41 million.
