Brad Pitt has secretly purchased a $1.13 million bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills, reports say.
The father of six plopped down the cash on a home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bar area, even a cave built into the foundation, sources told the UK’s Daily Mail on Tuesday.
Whispers that Brad and longtime companion Angelina Jolie have entered Splitsville have been gaining steam ever since London’s News of the World published a report Sunday, which claimed the Hollywood couple had inked an agreement to separate and divide their property equally.
“The house oozes character,” a source blabbed to The Mail today. “Brad has had his eye on it for some time but he decided now was the right time to buy because he wanted a place to call his own.”
“He needs somewhere quiet that doesn’t have memories of Angie and where he can be alone and think about what he does next,” the insider added.
Brad and Angie own one mansion in L.A. and another in New Orleans.
