Katy Perry appeared as a guest judge during American Idol’s Los Angeles auditions — and it was clear almost immediately that the quirky songstress would have a tough time getting along with resident judge Kara DioGuardi!
Kara and Katy exchanged several verbal jabs at each other from behind the judges’ table on Tuesday’s episode of Idol. The girls disagreed over several of the contestants during the L.A. auditions, but things really got ugly when Kara began mocking Katy’s breakout hit “I Kissed A Girl.”
“Please stop before I throw my Coke in your face,” an unamused Katy told Kara curtly.
Shots fired!!
“We used to be friends!” Kara pleaded. “What happened to girl power?!”
