Yesterday, I was lucky enough to attend Tilden High School for a special event promoting healthier school lunch options. Tilden High School’s student chefs worked with the not-for-profit organization Healthy Schools Campaign to create a healthy lunch that meets United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) standards.
