Toyota Issues Worldwide Recall of its Cars

Toyota has announced the recall of vehicles in the US, Europe and China over concerns about accelerator pedals getting stuck on floor mats.
The recalled models include Corolla, Venza, Matrix and Pontiac Vibe. In addition, it also suspended the sales of eight of its models in US including Camry and Corolla.
