Arizona: Hunting, fishing may be Arizona rights

A group of state legislators and gun-rights advocates wants to make hunting and fishing a constitutional right in Arizona. Rep. Jerry Weiers, R-Glendale, has proposed House Concurrent Resolution 2008. It states that citizens would have a right to "hunt, fish and harvest wildlife" and make public hunting and fishing the "preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife."
