After passing out of the House Military Affairs and Public Safety Committee House Bill 2347 was assigned to the House Judiciary Committee. Unfortunately, Chairman Driggs (R-11) is refusing to release the bill. State Representative Driggs has traditionally supported our Second Amendment rights, but now he is standing in the way of one of the most important Second Amendment bills in the history of Arizona. Please contact Representative Driggs and ask him why he wonâ??t release HB 2347. Also let him know that that you will take note of his actions and remember them in the upcoming primary and general election.
