Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller, who is allegedly seeking treatment for crack addiction, is preparing to file a lawsuit against bosses of the Malibu, California rehab center she checked into earlier this month for allegedly violating her privacy.

Mueller was admitted to The Canyon on Feb. 9 to deal with personal issues after a similar stay at a North Carolina wellness clinic, where she spent a week recovering from an infection and a bout of pneumonia. Mueller left the facility after a staff member allegedly leaked a detailed patient admissions document to the media. The former real estate agent and mother of two is now set to sue executives at The Canyon and plans “to have the individual responsible for leaking the information arrested,” according to her lawyer, Yale Galanter.
Mueller entered a new rehab center in Los Angeles on Monday.
“(She is) in a private, more secure, confidential environment. Brooke no longer feels she can go into a public facility because of the breach of confidentiality The Canyon committed.”
