For some unknown reason, S&P’s website was down basically all day, and thus we couldn’t bring you the latest Case-Shiller home price index chart.
Well, here we are. (Thanks to Calculated Risk, which pointed out that the site was back up).
As you can see, the trend of improving year-over-year numbers is obviously intact.
