Former ’80s child actor Andrew Koenig, best known for his role as Boner on Growing Pains, was last seen on Valentine’s Day in the Olympic host city of Vancouver. Now 41, Andrew had been “severely depressed” in recent months. The star’s anguished parents, former Star Trek actor Walter Koenig and his wife Judy, are sending a message of love to the son they’re praying is still somewhere out there.
On The TODAY Show Wednesday, Water and Judy said they are trying not to think that the worst might have happened to Andrew. Vancouver Police say they’re following a number of leads and note that they’re have been several unconfirmed sightings of Koenig around the city. So far, nothing has panned out.
