What in the hell inspired Paris Hilton, a self proclaimed fashionista, to wear such a ghastly outfit?
Paris was spotted wearing a frumpy heart print dress while shopping in Beverly Hills Tuesday. She paired it with a studded belt and boots, which completely clashed with the dress. She’s another year older (she just celebrated her 29th birthday last week) but certainly not another year wiser!
