Windows has some great built-in features but the heavy weight process to remove programs is not one of them. It takes a lot of time and effort to remove a program and even then some traces may be left behind. Uberstaller is a dead simple uninstalling software that completely removes a program from your hard drive.
Once installed, Uberstaller launches a window with a complete list of software installed on your machine. Along with an icon and name of the software, it also provides quick info about the publisher, the installation date and the version of the software. You can click on the details button to see more information about the software or click on the uninstall button to remove the program from your hard disk. Unlike some uninstallers, Uberstaller also removes folders that contained the software executable and other files.
UberStaller also lets you shred files and folders by simply dragging them to the software. If you have a huge list of programs installed on your machine, you can find the one you are looking for by using the keyword filter. Just start typing the name of the program and Uberstaller will do the rest.
