PMDC Motors

PMDC Gearmotors
•Standard and custom PMDC motor designs are paired with a wide selection of parallel shaft and right-angle gearheads (including hollow shaft models).
•Parallel shaft gearheads feature first-stage helical gearing.
•Right-angle models have forged bronze worm gearing for long life and unmatched quietness.
•Torque ratings range from 3.3 to 660 lb-in. (up to 75 Nm).

Our DC motor speed controls are precisely calibrated to match our PMDC gearmotors for optimum performance.

Custom Solutions
We have developed a new brush-wear monitoring system for our family of 42-frame PMDC gearmotors and motors. OEM versions of the type 42A products are now available with built-in electronic brush-wear sensors, magnetic encoders, and EMI filters.
