Miley Cyrus at the 2010 Oscars/ 82nd Academy Awards, March 7th, 2010.
I have to say, I LOVED Miley’s gorgeous gown. I loved the corset top and the sparkly, flowing skirt of the gown. Her jewelry, her hair, makeup, I loved it all. Miley, in my opinion, wins one of the best dressed of the 2010 Oscars.
