Lindsay Lohan, whose disastrous debut as artistic adviser for Emanuel Ungaro became the laughing stock of the fashion world last fall, has been unceremoniously booted from any further dealings with the French fashion house.
The line’s Fall 2010 collection, which premiered sans Lohan during Paris Fall Fashion Week on Monday, features only the work of chief designer Estrella Archs.
“She’s not involved in this…” a company spokesperson told Women’s Wear Daily today.
Lohan’s stint as Ungaro’s celebrity style consultant was slammed by Emanuel Ungaro himself. Ungaro, who sold the business and is no longer involved with the company that bares his name, scoffed at the former child star’s heart-shaped nipple pasties and sequin-adorned collection in a public outcry last November.
“I’m furious but there isn’t a thing I can do. I have absolutely no link with that house….” he said last November.
