Biggie Smalls/ Notorious B.I.G. May 21, 1972 – March 9, 1997
Today (March 9th) it has been 13-years since Notorious B.I.G. aka Biggie Smalls was murdered, gunned down at the age of 24.
Biggie was killed in Los Angeles, he and Tupac Shakur had a long standing feud, and it is believed that Biggie and his crew had something to do with Tupac’s death in September 1996. Whether or not he did, Biggie suffered the same fate (supposedly retaliation) as his rival, six months later.
Biggie is believed to have been one of the greatest rappers of all-time. He got his nickname due to the fact he was 6′3″ and well over 300 pounds, some accounts have him at nearly 400.
