Members of the Chicago Female Condom Campaign are trying to convince women to use the FDA-approved new condoms by getting rid of the stigma attached to the unpopular version released in the mid-’90s. Healthcare professionals hope that using the catchphrase “Put A Ring On It” — popularized by Mrs. Knowles-Carter herself — as their campaign tagline will attract some much needed positive attention to the device.
