Mischa Barton’s Beverly Hills estate could be yours.
The British-born, New York-raised Barton is selling her Hollywood home after deciding to move away from Beverly Hills and return to the Big Apple full-time. The former O.C. star put the $8.4 million Tuscan-style mansion on the market this week.
The move comes weeks after Mischa — who spent two weeks in a psych hospital last summer — was sued by M.R.A. Realties for failing to pay the $7,000-a-month rent on her New York City apartment for three months.
The 7,600 square foot Los Angeles property — which is located in a gated community just minutes away from the Sunset Strip and Rodeo Drive — boasts six bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a “gracefully ascending” staircase and a media room. The mansion is accented by a terrace, a swimming pool, a spa, and a large backyard.
