The diet supplement manufacturer notes that obesity is a “major epidemic” in the US and urges the full-figured 26-year-old to conquer what they call “this terrible affliction.” The weight-loss company is offering Gabourey a year’s supply of their product if she’ll agree to endorse it.
“The only way you can reach your goal of someday winning that Oscar is by being active, fit, and most of all, healthy!” the CEO of AcaiSupply wrote in a open letter to Sidibe, which was obtained by TMZ.com on Monday.
