After months of searching for the 2010 Mr South Africa, the search has come to an end with Denver Burn snatching the title as the newly elected Mr SA. Denver Burn is a 25 year Attorney at law from Port Elizabeth.
The first runner -up is Patrick Kasongo and the second runner -up is Ruan Groenewald. Congratulations guys!
