The release of Mariah Carey’s upcoming album Angels Advocate has been scrapped, a report posted on fan news site MariahJournal.com revealed last weekend.
The award-winning singer was set to unleash the remixed dance edition of her 2009 effort, Memoirs of An Imperfect Angel, on March 30, but according to Mariah’s management, the LP has been shelved: “We are looking to go possibly to another studio album or Christmas album. The decision hasn’t been totally made yet. It’s a creative process that cannot be rushed. It won’t go to waste,’ we were assured.”
No reason has been given for the album cancellation.
