Trunnion Headstock – Heavy duty flexible index drive for infinite positioning – complete with low back lash gear reducer to accept customer provided servo motors.
Trunnion Headstock accuracy +/- 0.02mm at 125 mm radius – repeatability +/- 0.01 mm at 125 mm (+/- 0.08mm at 2000mm) Maximum offset torque from center of rotation 300 Nm
Trunnion Tailstock – tailstock is designed with matching mounting hole pattern as headstock – tailstock includes floating bearing and slidable mounting for east installation of customer tooling
Optional toling center frame with 6 machined mounting pads for the mounting of customer tooling – Center frame is complete with dowel holes to ensure accurate mounting of all components.
