The Spring Break road trip for the Harper softball team ended on a down note as the Lady Hawks fell in a double header with Butler Community College, 11-1 and 14-2.
Harper struglled to hit in the opening game with only a single from Samantha Calandra. Calandra also piched and suffered the loss, falling to 0-3.

In the second game, Harper scored 2 runs on 5 hits. Pitcher Becky Koeune took the loss, falling to 1-2.

A double header scheduled for Friday against Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa was cancelled due to wet field conditions.
The Lady Hawks (2-6) will resume action Sunday taking on Waubonsee at 10:00 AM and Black Hawk College-Moline at 12:00 Noon.
