Disney’s Demi Lovato has landed a guest role on ABC’s award-winning Thursday night medicial drama Grey’s Anatomy.
The role will be unlike anything the 17-year-old Sonny with a Chance starlet has embarked on before: Demi — who recently revealed that she is dating Jonas Brothers star Joe Jonas — will play a patient being treated at Seattle Grace for possible schizophrenia on an episode set to air on Grey’s this May.
Demi is ecstatic about her new starring role, writing on her Twitter page on Monday: “I’m so thrilled to announce that this week I’m shooting Grey’s Anatomy!!!!!!!! 😀 AHHH!!!!”
