Sore loser Shannen Doherty turned down an offer to appear on ABC’s flagship late night show Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday after becoming the first celebrity voted off the 10th season of Dancing With The Stars.
It’s a bit of a Kimmel Live tradition that ousted DWTS contestants and their dance partners drop by the show right after they are voted off, but the former Beverly Hills, 90210 baddie was reportedly “too upset” to make an appearance.
Doherty is the first former Dancing star to refuse an interview with Kimmel after being sent packing.
“Never in the history of our show has a dancer declined our invitation to participate. Macy Gray was so upset she couldn’t come out of the bathroom, but at least she showed up and went to our bathroom. Shannen Doherty elected tonight not to come. Can you imagine that? Now I’m glad I kicked her off,” Kimmel joked during Tuesday’s monologue.
