Starting this summer, anyone with a concealed weapons permit can legally carry a handgun in Mississippi parks.Senate Judiciary B Committee Chairman Gray Tollison of Oxford said Monday the new Mississippi law, which takes effect July 1, is consistent with a federal law enacted in February.
