Last November, we reported that the Cerda Family listed their Extreme Makeover home in Las Vegas for $500k. Well, the Cerda home recently sold — for $317k. Although this article says they originally listed it for $330K, it clearly was listed as high as $600k at one time. This sale turned out to be a nice home and a nice “deal” for someone.
