The AZ Armaturen GmbH in Germany developed a system of process sampling systems
for chemical, petrochemical and refinery applications.
The system is based on the technical concept of the plug valve.

In operation, AZ process samples have the following advantages:
– representative sampling out of a product flow not interrupting the product flow
– one-lever-operation avoiding operation faults by wrong operation sequence
– Sample is free from system pressure. The ventilation of the sample container can go directly back to the piping system.
The relaxation of the system is integrated.
– The available combinations integrate automation, protection housing, flushing valves and different
containers and needle systems depending on the application.
