Responsibilities:
• Develop controller architecture for power converters and all testing activities of
control systems
• Plan and define scope and requirements; as well as identify potential project
risks and action plans for the project
• Mentor and train team members in all technical aspects
• Work with specialists worldwide in knowledge sharing and ensure Vestas is in a
leading technical position at all times
Requirements:
• PhD/Masters in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with the last 3 years in leading
research efforts
• Experience in applying advanced engineering principles and theories to very
complex engineering problems, and often contributing to the development of new
principles and theories
• Experience in performing electrical power systems analysis, electrical power
systems product development and applications engineering; and/or a field service
background. Broad industry experience is desired
