THOMAS sets new standards on their metal bandsawing machines of high performing range SUPER TRAD.
The development of the Super Trad 301 has taken along two bigger hydraulic saws SUPER TRAD 380 MULTI-MODE (with sawframe gravity downfeed controlled by hydraulic cylinder) and SUPER TRAD 380 SO Digit (fully hydraulic). Both made of massive iron castings with new round working table (“plateau”) providing precision mitering, yet preventing the sawband to scratch its surface as the cut is completed; protection against chips obtrusion and rust seizure. This valuable system controlled by a 1,5-1,9 kW motor provides the ideal conditions for a precise and well performing sawframe downfeed which can cut up to 300mm diameter.
The MULTI-MODE version provides 3 Functions ! :
Automatic sawframe downfeed with quick approach of the blade to the material being cut.
Manual sawframe downfeed with constant feed rate.
Manual sawframe downfeed with free feed rate.
The SO Digit semi-automatic version comes with a Digital Control very easy to use with helpful functions.
