Offered in a predetermined fixed index with a mechanical locking dwell and mechanical accel and decel or in a 100% programmable flexible barrel cam which can give you infinite positioning ability.
Our RT series Trunnion Index Drives can come equipped with safety locking devices that can be mounted on the output flange or on the gear motor.
Motion Index Drives also offers complete trunnion solutions with head and tail stock risers and base frames. We also offer control panels for semi automated solutions.
Our flexible solutions can achieve an accuracy of 0.0009″ (0.023mm) at 150″ (3.8 meter) swing diameter.
Most RT Series trunnions are 100% maintenance free.
